What types of drills does your company have available?
We have two types of drills, rotary and percussion. The rotary drills are for jobs requiring large holes and greater depths, such as coal mining and heavy highway construction. The percussion drills are used for site development, reclamation and other types of similar jobs.
What is the difference between a rotary and percussion drill?
The rotary drill can drill holes between 5 7/8″ and 9″ up to a depth of 150′. The percussion can drill holes between 3″ and 6″ up to a depth of 110′.

Are all your blasters certified?
Yes, all our blasters are certified for construction, coal and quarry blasting.

We work mainly with the heavy construction, coal and quarry industries, however, we have done and will do site development for residential customers.

How do you determine the cost for a job?
There are 6 ways we cost our jobs. The following is a guide for the pricing.
Trenching – Linear Foot
Presplit – Vertical Foot or Square Foot
Production – Cubic Yard
Other – Hourly Rate or Time and Materials
We will look at a job and propose the pricing based on the type of drilling and blasting to be done.
